Privacy

The public pages of this site — the homepage, documentation, and the security, privacy and terms pages — use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts, and set no cookies.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, in order to deliver pages and protect the service. If you choose to email us to request access, we receive the information in your email.

Access to the product is by invitation. To provide your account we process:

• your email address and an internal account identifier;
• one-time sign-in links, which are emailed to you and expire;
• session records, which keep you signed in and are removed when you sign out;
• invitations, including the invited email address and role — invitation links are stored only in a non-reversible (hashed) form;
• your workspace memberships and role (owner, admin or member).

The product sets only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep you signed in. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your team decides what to add to a workspace. This can include:

• Business context — company profile, offers, ideal customer profiles, tone of voice, Sales language and similar settings.
• Prospect information — company name, website, industry, country and size, and, where you add them, a business contact's name, role and email address, notes and a language preference. Prospects can be added manually or by CSV import.
• Sales work — qualifications, outreach drafts, approvals and rejections, queued emails and their outcomes.

If you add information about other people, such as prospect contacts, you are responsible for having the right to use it for business outreach. See the Terms.

When your team asks VRsion 1 AI to qualify a prospect or prepare a draft, the relevant business context and prospect information is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to generate the result. The generated output is stored in your workspace so your team can review it, together with usage and cost records for that AI call.

AI is only used when a person in your workspace starts an action. AI output is reviewed by your team and is never sent to anyone automatically.

We use Resend to send email on behalf of the product:

• sign-in links and invitations to you and your team;
• outreach emails that your team has explicitly approved and queued, sent to the prospect contact you chose. These emails show your company name as the sender name.

We record the outcome of each send and count emails against your workspace's daily limit.

To operate the service safely, we record activity in each workspace: who proposed, approved, rejected or queued an action, and when; policy decisions; send outcomes; and daily AI and email usage. These records are visible to your workspace in Activity and on the Command Center.

We use these providers to run the product:

• Vercel — application hosting and delivery of this website.
• Neon — database hosting for account and workspace data.
• OpenAI — AI processing for qualification and drafting.
• Resend — sign-in, invitation and approved outreach emails.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The product also includes optional integrations with third-party company and contact data providers; these are not enabled in the service today. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Workspaces are logically isolated from one another, sign-in is passwordless, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. Read more on the Security & Trust page.

Workspace information is kept while the workspace is in use so your team can rely on its history and audit trail. We have not yet published fixed retention periods. To ask for information to be deleted, contact us at ai@vrsion.pro.

If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

We will update this page when the way VRsion 1 AI processes information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
