Terms of Service

• Access is by invitation to a specific email address and workspace. You cannot create an account yourself.
• Keep access to your email account secure — sign-in links are sent there.
• Workspace owners and admins decide who is invited and are responsible for the actions taken in their workspace. Roles are described in the documentation.
• Tell us promptly at ai@vrsion.pro if you believe someone has gained access to your workspace without permission.

You are responsible for the information you add and for the outreach you choose to send. In particular:

• Prospect and contact data. Only add information about companies and people that you have the right to use, and have an appropriate legal basis for contacting a prospect.
• Outreach. Make sure each email you approve and queue complies with the laws that apply to you and to the recipient, including rules on unsolicited commercial communications and data protection.
• Accuracy. Keep your business profile, offers and ideal customer profiles accurate — they shape every qualification and draft.

VRsion 1 AI uses AI to help your team. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. The service does not promise that any qualification, recommendation or draft is correct.

Before you approve and queue an email, your team remains responsible for reviewing:

• the qualification and the reasoning behind it;
• the prospect and contact information;
• the commercial reasoning, claims and any pricing mentioned;
• the email's content, recipient and language;
• your legal basis for contacting that recipient.

Approving a draft is your team's decision. Sending requires a further, separate action by your team.

• Outreach emails are sent only after an owner or admin has approved the draft and then queued it.
• Emails are sent from a sender address managed by VRsion Pro, with your company name as the sender name.
• Sending is enabled per workspace by VRsion Pro after a safety review, and may be paused at workspace or platform level.
• Each workspace has a daily email limit and a daily AI budget.

Do not use VRsion 1 AI to:

• send spam, deceptive or unlawful messages, or impersonate another person or company;
• process information you have no right to use;
• attempt to access another workspace, bypass limits, approvals or other safeguards, or disrupt the service;
• probe or test the service's security without our agreement — report concerns as described on the Security page.

We work to keep VRsion 1 AI available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, for example for maintenance. The product is actively developed: features may be added, changed or removed, and we will update the documentation and these pages when that affects how you use it.

The business information and prospect data your team adds remain yours. VRsion Pro owns the VRsion 1 AI software, brand and documentation. How we process your information is described on the Privacy page.

Workspace sending can be paused at any time to protect recipients, customers or the service. To stop using VRsion 1 AI or to discuss your workspace data, contact us at ai@vrsion.pro.
