Roles & Permissions

Every person in a workspace has exactly one of three roles: owner, admin, or member. Your role is shown next to your workspace name on the workspace-selection screen, and in the Overview page subtitle.

There is no finer-grained, per-feature permission system today — owner and admin currently have identical capabilities within a workspace.

\* Enabling or disabling sending for a workspace is not a customer permission at all — see below.

What a member can do

A member has full visibility into everything happening in the workspace — the pipeline, qualifications, drafts, approvals, and activity — but cannot create, edit, approve, or queue anything. This is intentional: it lets you add teammates who need to see what's happening (e.g. a founder or manager) without giving them write access.

Sending is not a customer permission — at any role

You'll notice enabling sending isn't something even an owner can do from inside the product. That's not a bug or an oversight. Whether a workspace is allowed to send real emails is a platform-operator-only decision, made by VRsion Pro staff after a dedicated safety review — see Safety & Limits. No workspace role, including owner, can turn this on for itself.

Requesting a role change or new teammate access

Adding a new person to your workspace, or changing someone's role, is done by VRsion Pro through the invitation process — there is no self-service "invite a teammate" or "change role" control inside the product today. Contact VRsion Pro support to add or change access.
