Overview (Command Center)

Your workspace's home screen is labeled Overview in the sidebar. Internally — and on the "Go to Command Center" button shown right after setup — it's also referred to as the Command Center; both names refer to the same page.

It's a read-only summary. No button on this page sends, approves, or queues anything directly — it links out to the page that actually performs each action.

What's on it

Pilot readiness

A summary of what's configured and what's missing for this workspace to operate (Business Profile, Offer, ICP, Sales Agent, AI, execution). Click through to Settings → Pilot readiness for the full detail.

Needs attention

A deterministic list of things worth your attention right now, each linking directly to where you resolve it:

• Readiness blockers
• Pending approvals
• Failed executions
• Uncertain executions
• Stale claims
• Reconciliation anomalies (last 24h)
• Prospects needing action

An item only appears here if its count is greater than zero. "Nothing needs attention right now" means exactly that.

Sales pipeline

Real, current counts pulled directly from your prospects and their state — never a forecast or an estimate: New, Qualified, Awaiting approval, Contacted.

Today's usage

Two daily ceilings, side by side:

• AI budget — actual cost today against your configured limit, plus anything reserved for in-flight calls.
• External emails — how many you've sent today against your daily limit, and how many remain.

Integrations

A safe, secret-free status list for AI provider, Resend (email sending), Apollo (contact discovery, optional), and the database — each shown as Connected, Not configured, or Unavailable, with a plain-language hint for what to do about it.

Operational status

A technical-health summary: whether the system is ready, whether execution is enabled, and counts of pending/stale/failed items and reconciliation anomalies. If everything here looks calm, there's nothing for you to do.

Approvals needing attention

Up to five pending approvals, each linking straight into the Approval Center pre-selected on that item.

Recent activity

Your five most recent executions and their status, linking into the full Activity & Audit page.
