Getting Started
Signing in
VRsion 1 AI uses passwordless sign-in. There is no password to remember or reset.
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Click Send sign-in link.
- Check your email — you'll see "Check your email... A sign-in link was sent. It expires soon and can only be used once."
- Click the link in that email to complete sign-in.
If a link expires before you use it, simply request a new one the same way.
Getting access
You cannot create your own account. A VRsion Pro platform operator invites you by email to a specific workspace. Once you accept that invitation and sign in, you land in that workspace.
If you sign in before accepting an invitation, you'll see a message telling you to check your email for the invitation link rather than a dead end.
Workspaces
A workspace is your company's own private space in VRsion 1 AI — its Business Profile, prospects, drafts, approvals, and activity all live inside one workspace and are never visible to any other company using the product.
- If you belong to exactly one workspace, you're taken there automatically after sign-in.
- If you belong to more than one, you'll see a Choose a workspace screen listing each one by name and your role in it.
- If you don't yet belong to any workspace, you'll see a message saying so (and a note if an invitation is still pending).
Navigating the workspace
Once inside a workspace, the sidebar has these sections:

| Setup | Only shown while initial Business/Offer/ICP/Sales Agent setup is incomplete. |
| Sales | Your prospect pipeline — add, qualify, and manage prospects. See Prospects. |
| Approvals | The Approval Center — review and approve/reject AI-drafted actions. See Approvals & Sending. |
| Activity | Activity & Audit — what has actually happened, and the full audit trail. |
| Business | Your Business Profile, Offers, and Ideal Customer Profiles. See Business Setup. |
| Settings | Pilot readiness — what's configured, what's missing, and whether sending is currently enabled for this workspace. |
The header also shows your signed-in email, your role in the current workspace, and today's AI usage against your budget.
Signing out
Use the sign-out control in the app shell (top of the sidebar/header area) at any time. This ends your session; it does not affect any workspace data.
