Quick Start

This walks through the complete workflow once, so you understand the shape of the product before using it day to day. It takes about 5–10 minutes with a workspace that already has business setup done; a little longer the very first time.

1. Sign in

Go to your VRsion 1 AI sign-in link and enter your email. You'll receive a one-time sign-in link — there is no password. See Getting Started.

2. Select your workspace

If you belong to more than one workspace, choose it from the workspace list. If you belong to exactly one, you'll land there automatically.

3. Complete Business Setup (first time only)

If this is a brand-new workspace, you'll be guided through Get set up:

  1. Company — company name, website, description, industry, country.
  2. Offer — what you sell.
  3. Ideal customer profile (ICP) — who you sell it to.
  4. Ready — a summary once the above is complete.

See Business Setup for what each field is for and why it matters.

4. Configure your Sales language

On the Business page, set Sales language (e.g. pt-PT, en, fr) if you haven't already. This controls the language the AI writes qualification explanations and outreach drafts in. See Sales Languages.

5. Add your first prospect

Go to Sales and fill in New prospect: company name, industry, country, contact details, and — optionally — a language override for this specific prospect. See Prospects.

6. Qualify the prospect

Open the prospect and click Qualify. This produces a fit score, a written explanation, a recommended offer, and a suggested outreach angle. See AI Qualification.

7. Review the qualification

Read the fit, score, reasons, and risks. Does this make commercial sense? If not, don't proceed to a draft — or re-qualify later with better information.

8. Generate a draft

If the prospect has a contact email and isn't disqualified, click Generate outreach draft. This creates a draft email and immediately submits it for approval — it does not send anything. See Outreach Drafts.

9. Review the draft

Go to Approvals. Read the subject, body, claims, tone, call-to-action, and language carefully. AI can be wrong — you are responsible for what goes out under your company's name.

10. Approve

If the draft is accurate and ready, click Approve. This does not send it.

11. Queue (when sending is available)

If your workspace has been enabled for sending, an approved draft shows a Queue approved action button. Queueing is a second, separate, explicit action — see Approvals & Sending for exactly what "available" means and who controls it.

12. Review Activity

Go to Activity & Audit to confirm what happened — succeeded, failed, or uncertain — and check your remaining daily email quota.
