Daily Sales Workflow

A practical routine for using VRsion 1 AI day to day. Adapt the pace to your own volume — the shape stays the same.

Start of day

  1. Open Overview. Check Needs attention — anything there links straight to where you resolve it.
  2. Check Pending approvals — is anything waiting on you specifically?
  3. Check Today's usage — how much of your AI budget and email quota is already used, and how much remains.

Prospect work

  1. Add a prospect (Sales → New prospect, or via Discover prospects) if you have a new one to pursue. Only enter contact information you actually have — never invent it.
  2. Qualify it. Read the fit, score, reasons, and risks before deciding whether to proceed.
  3. Review the qualification against your own knowledge of the company. Re-qualify if something material has changed.
  4. Generate a draft once you're satisfied with the qualification and the prospect has a contact email on file.

Outreach

  1. Go to Approvals and open the new draft.
  2. Review the recipient — right person, right email?
  3. Review the language — correct for this prospect? See Sales Languages.
  4. Review the claims — subject, body, pricing, tone, call-to-action, signature. Reject and regenerate rather than trusting anything you're not sure about.
  5. Approve if it's ready.
  6. Queue it, if your workspace currently has sending enabled (Settings → Pilot readiness tells you). If not, it stays safely approved until VRsion Pro enables sending.

End of day

  1. Open Activity & Audit. Confirm what actually sent, and review anything Failed or Uncertain — see Troubleshooting for what to do (and not do) about each.
  2. Check your remaining daily email quota and AI budget so you know what's available tomorrow.
  3. Check the Follow-up candidates section on the Sales page for prospects that are now eligible for a follow-up, if you use that feature.

What this routine deliberately does not include

No step in this routine is automatic. There is no "run outreach for today" button, no scheduled sending, and no bulk action that approves or sends more than one item at a time. Every prospect goes through qualify → review → draft → review → approve → queue individually, by design — see Safety & Limits.
