Safety & Limits
VRsion 1 AI is built around one rule: nothing external happens without an explicit human decision. Here's what enforces that, in plain language.
Human approval, always
Every AI-drafted outreach email must be individually reviewed and approved by an owner or admin before it can even be considered for sending. There is no configuration, setting, or workspace state where an outreach email skips this step. The Approval Center shows this plainly for every draft: "Approval required."
Approve is not send
Approving a draft only marks it as reviewed and ready. A second, separate, explicit queue action is required before anything can actually go out — and that action is only available at all in a workspace VRsion Pro has enabled for sending. See Approvals & Sending.
Daily email quota
Every workspace has a daily limit on outbound emails. Once it's reached, no further sends succeed that day, regardless of how many drafts are approved and queued. Your usage and remaining quota are always visible on Overview and Settings → Pilot readiness.
Workspace-level sending switch
Whether your workspace can send at all is controlled by a dedicated switch that only a VRsion Pro platform operator can set — not an owner, not an admin. It's visible (read-only, to you) on Settings → Pilot readiness. VRsion Pro can turn this off at any time; nothing already approved or queued is lost when they do.
AI budget
Each workspace has a daily budget limit for AI usage (qualification and drafting calls). Your usage against that budget is shown on Overview and Settings → Pilot readiness.
Workspace isolation
Your workspace's data — Business Profile, prospects, drafts, approvals, activity — is never visible to, or reachable from, any other company's workspace on VRsion 1 AI, regardless of role.
No autonomous outreach
There is no feature, setting, or hidden mode that allows the product to draft, approve, queue, or send on its own. Every one of those steps requires an explicit human action, individually, every time.
No campaigns, sequences, or bulk sending
Outreach happens one prospect, one draft, one approval, one queue action at a time. There is no multi-recipient campaign tool, no automated sequence, and no "send to all approved drafts" bulk action.
No automated follow-ups
Follow-up drafts can be generated once a prospect becomes eligible (based on elapsed time since a successful send), but generating, reviewing, approving, and queueing a follow-up is exactly the same manual process as the original outreach — nothing happens automatically.
No scheduled/automatic processing
Approved-and-queued items require the actual send to be processed; this does not happen on a hidden schedule you can't see or control from your side — every action that leads to a send traces back to a specific human decision on your side of the product.
